Terms of Service

7Mentoris provides:

• Guidance for Document management and organization tools
• AI-powered document generation using LLM models and related technologies
• ISO* compliance templates, process documentation, and training support
• Collaborative editing and multi-user access control
• Secure database storage and version history
• Integration with third-party tools and APIs

The Service is hosted on trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., Google, AWS, Supabase, Vercel, LLM & AI Models, etc.), and availability depends on these providers' uptime and reliability.

*We have no association with the ISO organization. We work as consultants and facilitators to help organization locally and globally achieve their ISO certifications faster.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful and ethical business purposes
• Comply with applicable data protection, copyright, and export control laws
• Review, validate, and approve all AI-generated outputs before business use
• Ensure backup copies of critical files where necessary

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit our systems
• Upload malware or conduct activities that may damage, disable, or overload the Service
• Misuse the Service to generate false, defamatory, or misleading information
• Circumvent usage limits, credits, or subscription restrictions

AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or compliant with any specific ISO standard, legal framework, or certification body.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may contain factual, contextual, or interpretive errors
• The Company does not assume liability for losses, reputational harm, or compliance failures arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• It is your responsibility to verify and validate all generated content before submission to auditors, clients, or regulators

(a) User Data

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials uploaded.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze such data solely to deliver the Service.

(b) Data Loss & Corruption

While 7Mentoris implements industry-standard backup and redundancy practices, data corruption, file loss, or system failure can occur.

• The Company is not responsible for permanent loss of data caused by third-party providers, user error, or force majeure
• Users are encouraged to maintain external backups of critical documents

(c) Account Deletion

Upon user request or subscription termination:

• Data will be retained for 30 days for recovery
• After 30 days, all data (including AI history and generated files) will be permanently deleted from active systems

• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits expire on subscription cancellation or non-renewal
• Payment failure may lead to service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

• Target uptime: 99.5% monthly (excluding planned maintenance)
• Maintenance notifications will be provided in advance wherever possible
• The Company reserves the right to perform emergency maintenance without notice

• User Content remains your property
• Platform IP: All rights, title, and interest in the 7Mentoris Platform, including source code, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation, remain with the Company
• You may not copy, resell, or reproduce any part of the platform

• 7Mentoris complies with India's Information Technology Act, 2000 (and IT Rules 2011) and GDPR (EU) principles where applicable
• Personal data will be processed only for legitimate business and operational purposes
• We implement encryption, access control, and security audits to safeguard user data

Our Service may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, Google).

We are not responsible for failures, outages, or data breaches occurring in these external systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 6 months
• No liability is accepted for losses arising from AI inaccuracies, data corruption, or external service downtime

You agree to indemnify and hold 7Mentoris harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Misuse of AI-generated content
• Violation of third-party IP rights
• Non-compliance with local or international laws
• Breach of these Terms

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

Upon termination:

• Access to the platform will be suspended immediately
• Data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted permanently
• Outstanding invoices remain payable

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
• Users outside India must comply with their own jurisdiction's regulations when using the Service
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, India
